Fortified Wines are a big part of our extensive history here at Sevenhill Cellars. Established in 1851, we’ve been producing our fortified range for over 170 years. We would like you to experience something special with us and taste the fortified wines paired with couverture Chocolate No. 5 from Hahndorf. The chocolates are handmade with love by Alison Peck and have our Liqueur Verdelho, Classic Topaque and Fine Old Tawny in the centre of each of the chocolates. Your experience will be to try all three types of chocolate discs (white, milk and dark) and decide which chocolate fortified pairing you like best! Then you can try the finished product.
